POSITION TITLE: Administrative Assistant / Receptionist
POSITION TYPE: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
REPORTS TO: HR Manager
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Excellent telephone etiquette and necessary skills and abilities to take accurate messages.
- Inform applicants of the application process
- Answering or referring to inquiries during outbound and inbound calls
- Send and sort incoming and outgoing mail
- Upkeep and maintain linen order paperwork and filing system
- Scan and send invoices
- Greeting and logging in visitors
- Ability to comprehend and follow established office routines, procedures, and policies
• Additional duties as needed
