Key Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate bookkeeping records.
Prepare financial reports and ensure proper documentation of financial activities.
Handle invoicing, payments, and bank reconciliation.
Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
Support administrative duties related to finance and office operations.
Assist with budgeting, financial tracking, and preparation of financial documentation.
Provide general accounting and administrative support to the finance team as required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1-2 years experience in accounting and administrative roles.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel).
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy under deadlines.
The candidate should preferably reside around Chevron or within proximity.
Skills Required
