Ce poste fournit un soutien administratif et opérationnel complet à plusieurs vice-présidents de district ainsi qu’à l’ensemble de l’équipe, notamment en préparant des rapports sur les ventes et les actifs, en gérant les communications, en assurant la mise à jour des bases de données et en coordonnant les réunions et les calendriers. Le titulaire du poste soutient également les activités de marketing et de développement des affaires, notamment en organisant des événements nationaux destinés aux courtiers, en gérant le contenu promotionnel, en préparant des mises à jour et en contribuant à la production de rapports sur les dépenses et les activités, avec une participation occasionnelle à des activités de marketing tenues en dehors des heures normales de travail.

RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES :

  • Fournir une assistance complète en matière de tâches administratives au vice-président de district et soutenir l’équipe, y compris des aspects du rôle de directeur du développement des affaires.
  • Préparer les rapports sur les ventes et les actifs des courtiers.
  • Répondre aux appels et à la correspondance.
  • Coordonner le contenu de marketing, les conférenciers, les participants, les kiosques et les présentations pour les événements nationaux des courtiers.
  • Organiser et assurer le suivi des articles promotionnels.
  • Remplir les rapports de dépenses et contribuer à la préparation des rapports d’activités pour le ou les vice-présidents de district.
  • Résumer les mises à jour sur les produits et le marketing.
  • Passer en revue et distribuer les rapports mensuels aux principales personnes-ressources des courtiers.
  • Tenir à jour la base de données des personnes-ressources.
  • Planifier les rendez-vous et les réunions.
  • Il peut être nécessaire de participer à des événements et des activités de marketing en dehors des heures normales de travail.

COMPÉTENCES REQUISES

  • Bonne maitrise de l’anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit, afin d’être en mesure de communiquer quotidiennement avec certains clients et fournisseurs non francophones.
  • Une ou deux années d’expérience dans le secteur à titre d’adjoint administratif
  • Diplôme d’études collégiales, un atout
  • Certifications du secteur des valeurs mobilières, un atout
  • Solides compétences informatiques (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellentes compétences en matière de gestion du temps et d’organisation
  • Bonne compréhension des services administratifs et du service à la clientèle
  • Excellentes aptitudes à la communication orale et écrite
  • Capacité de travailler en équipe
  • Bonne maitrise de l’anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit, afin d’être en mesure de communiquer quotidiennement avec certains clients et fournisseurs non francophones.

  • Securities sector certifications
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent time and organizational skills
  • Good understanding of administrative and customer service
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Fluent in French and English
