SCOPO DEL RUOLO

Sulla base dell’organizzazione degli ordini di confezionamento, svolta dal kitting team leader, l’addetto al confezionamento e preparazione lavoro al tavolo predispone il materiale legato alle commesse indicate dal responsabile per gli operatori dell’area.

ATTIVITA’ PRINCIPALI

1.Leggere la distinta del lavoro assegnata dal kitting team leader e secondo le priorità indicate dal responsabile;

2.Predisporre il materiale al tavolo per l’addetto al confezionamento e l’esecuzione della commessa: utilizzo del carrello elevatore \ transpallet e movimentazione del prodotto

3.Svolgere le attività di addetto al confezionamento: leggere la distinta, preparare la commessa e versare il prodotto finito attraverso pistole di radiofrequenza per rendere disponibile il materiale alla vendita

Questo ruolo deve saper svolgere le seguenti tipologie di:

confezionamento semplice: confezionare l’articolo in singolo sacchetto\ scatola

confezionamento per la grande distribuzione (DIY): confezionare il singolo articolo in blister con antitaccheggio e utilizzo pistole tira-fascette

confezionamento complesso: confezionare più riferenze con diverse quantità, in molteplici composizioni previste da catologo (assortimento, vaschetta, valigia...)

4. Segnala al kitting team leader le difformità e problematiche inerenti la Qualità, per difetti riscontrati su materiale/prodotti/imballaggi

5. Mantiene il luogo di lavoro in condizioni di ordine, pulizia e sicurezza

6. Partecipa ad attività Lean di miglioramento continuo, connesse all’ area di competenza

7. È responsabile che il Suo comportamento sia conforme ai temi di Responsabilità Sociale Globale dell’Azienda e in caso di eventuali non conformità applica quanto indicato nella Politica.

8. Rispetta le disposizioni in materia di Ambiente e Sicurezza sia quelle prescritte nella normativa italiana (art. 19-20 del testo Unico) sia nelle procedure interne.

RESPONSABILITA’

E’ responsabile di rifornire coi prodotti, indicati nella distinta di lavoro, gli addetti al confezionamento e di svolgere tutte le attività necessarie al raggiungimento degli obiettivi fissati (i “punti”) e dei livelli qualitativi attesi dal cliente, sotto la supervisione del suo responsabile.
