- Integrate ADAS software from multiple suppliers into vehicle ECUs, ensuring seamless system compatibility and functionality.
- Execute software validation activities including technical testing, smoke tests, and basic ADAS function verification after each software release.
- Prepare and manage test vehicles across development stages (Mule, PTO, PP, LS, SOP), supporting integration, calibration, road testing, and durability testing.
- Diagnose issues, reproduce defects, and track resolution via JIRA; coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely fixes.
- Develop and maintain ADAS verification tools (e.g., via CAN using Vector CANoe) and ensure signal validation and system diagnostics.
- Collaborate with design, packaging, and manufacturing teams to resolve mechanical, calibration (EOL), and assembly-related issues impacting ADAS performance.
Requirements
- Has 5 years of experience in similar role
- Solid understanding of CAN communication protocols and hands-on experience with CAN tools (e.g., Vector CANoe, CANalyzer).
- Strong knowledge of embedded systems, including ECU architecture, software flashing, and diagnostics.
- Experience in automotive software integration, testing, and validation, preferably within ADAS or related domains.
- Familiarity with vehicle development processes (Mule, PTO, PP, LS, SOP) and test & validation workflows.
- Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and reproduce issues, with experience using tools like JIRA for defect tracking.
- Good cross-functional collaboration skills, able to work with suppliers, design, and manufacturing teams.
- Basic understanding of vehicle electrical/electronic systems, sensors, and calibration processes is a plus.
- Strong ownership, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
