Digital Turbine is looking for an Ad Ops Manager to work on our Performance team. The ideal candidate is a team player who thrives in a fast paced environment and is hungry to develop their expertise in the evolving AdTech landscape.

About the Ad Ops Manager role:

  • Campaign Lifecycle Management: Lead traffic and monitoring UA campaigns, ensuring seamless launches in partnership with our Launch Team

  • Performance Optimization: Actively manage campaigns daily by analyzing data trends to ensure we are pacing correctly, hitting client KPIs, and maximizing margins

  • Strategic Communication: Provide transparent campaign updates to Account Management teams, effectively translating performance data into actionable insights and helping set realistic client expectations

  • Technical Troubleshooting: Act as a technical bridge. You will troubleshoot backend issues, ensure proper tracking, and investigate campaign drops to maintain delivery

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Analytics, Tech, and Account Management teams to ensure optimal execution. You will also work closely with Product to identify issues, test new features, and refine our tools

About you as the Ad Ops Manager:

  • BA/BS in Business, Economics, Analytics, or Marketing preferred

  • 2+ years of professional experience  

  • Preferred background in Ad Tech, analytics and/or mobile advertising 

  • Strong interest in mobile advertising and monetization ecosystem

  • Passion for mobile technology, iOS and Android apps, gaming, advertising

  • Superior organizational skills, ability to multitask, and ability to manage multiple competing priorities 

  • Self starter, positive attitude, energetic, with sense of humor
