About the job:

We’re looking for a full-time Ad Operations Senior Specialist to oversee and manage digital advertising campaigns, optimize ad strategies, analyze performance data to drive results, collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure compliance with industry standards, and build strong client relationships while identifying opportunities for revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of digital advertising campaigns, including display, video, and social media.
  • Implement and optimize ad serving strategies to maximize revenue and enhance audience targeting.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to improve future advertising strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, analytics, and creative to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
  • Monitor industry trends, technologies, and best practices in digital advertising and apply knowledge to enhance B.TECH's ad operations.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to online advertising.

Requirements
    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is required.
    • Proven experience in digital advertising operations.
    • Strong knowledge of ad serving platforms, campaign management, and audience targeting strategies.
    • Ability to analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights for optimization.
    • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as marketing, analytics, and creative.
    • Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in online advertising.
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and client relationship management skills.
