Milliman is looking for talented and enthusiastic intern to join our rapidly expanding life insurance team in Indonesia.
As a core individual within the team, you will support the development and successful delivery on a diverse range of projects, including mergers and acquisitions, life insurance valuation, and actuarial modelling across South East Asian markets. This is likely to include monitoring market developments, supporting modelling activities, and reviewing assumption studies, among other responsibilities.
A strong focus will be placed on your ongoing professional development within an exciting and stimulating working environment.
Candidates should have the following skills and attributes:
- Currently studying in a program in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, or other numerate degree subject with strong academic record. Good progress on actuarial exams would be a plus.
- Ability to analyse and apply creative problem-solving skills both independently and within a team.
- Self-motivated individual with a sense of intellectual curiosity, willingness, and ability to learn new things.
- Excellent communication in both English and Bahasa Indonesia as well as time management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and VBA and experience with actuarial software would be an extra value.
