Job purpose:
Assists the Manager with various team tasks to ensure the team meets department goals and objectives.
Job Responsibilities:
- Reinsurance Program: premium calculation, recoverable amounts, payment settlement, analysis
- Support in analyzing the performance of Reinsurers
- Par Fund management activities
- Declaring Crediting rates for ULP/Pension products
- Carry out a wide variety of ad-hoc, as required from time-to-time, ensuring all results are thoroughly checked for accuracy and consistency.
- Others: to be assigned by the Line manager or Company’s management (if any)
Job Accountability:
- Support in performing Reinsurance calculation and reconciliations
- Support in analyzing performance of Reinsurers
- Assist in assessing Par Fund performance and related activities on Par portfolio
- Assist in evaluating performance of ULP/Pension Fund to determine quarterly crediting rates for ULP/Pension products
- Maintain adequate documentation of working process, working tools and integrity
