- Ability to use analytical methods in actuarial processes to assist in finding workable solutions within the Risk Services department.
- Ability to communicate findings and recommendations to internal contacts on Risk Services matters.
- Types of projects include calculating rate change, setup of reserve analysis, validating data and software applications, trend and loss development projects, support rate filings, data extraction, loss ratio analysis, rating/class plan evaluation, experience analysis, allocation of IBNR, smaller due diligence opportunities, frequency/severity analysis, investigate data anomalies, assist with auditing underwriters for effective use and compliance of rules and rating plans.
