  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Develop tools, reporting capabilities, and analytical outputs that leverage actuarial data to improve underwriting performance and provide meaningful insights to senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Support the timely delivery and effective communication of actuarial results and recommendations.
Professional Experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
Skills & Abilities
  • Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, Power BI, and AI-enabled tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate complex modelling processes and results clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences through presentations, reports, and discussions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Flexible, enthusiastic, and proactive approach, with a genuine desire to learn and develop professionally.
Competencies
  • Embrace and demonstrate Everest's Core Values: Collaboration, Thoughtful Assumption of Risk, Execution, Humility, and Leadership.
  • Uphold Everest's Core Values in all interactions with colleagues, customers, and business partners.
  • Contribute to a culture of integrity, accountability, and excellence through day-to-day responsibilities and decision-making.
