Clearance: Active Top Secret Clearance

Schedule:  Sunday-Wednesday 1400-0000 (4x10 shift)

Role Overview

The Senior Specialist will provide advanced support for enterprise Active Directory, Exchange, and directory services by performing system administration, troubleshooting, and Tier II triage. They will manage and administer enterprise Active Directory (AD), Exchange, ADAM, and the Global Address List (GAL).

General Skillset

• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work both collaboratively and individually
• Critical Thinking Skills

Specific Duties

• Conduct server administration tasks
• System administration & maintenance
• Account Administration
• Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate (as needed) Tier II tickets
• Event monitoring

Requirements

Education & Certifications

• High school diploma
• IAT Level III required
• Microsoft AZ-802 or similar certification desired

Experience Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant IT experience
• 6+ years working/managing Active Directory and/or Exchange
