About the Role
Within the framework of our brand strategies and premium portfolio priorities, you will contribute to the execution of our RPVA model (Relationship Management with Place Owner and Staff, Product Availability, Visibility, and Activation) across prestige on-trade accounts (PROS).
Your main mission is to build and sustain strong relationships with key on-trade partners, ensuring that Pernod Ricard Türkiye’s premium portfolio is perfectly represented and continuously elevated in the market.
Main Responsibilities
- Conduct regular visits to premium on-trade accounts, ensuring visibility, product availability, and brand standards are consistently maintained.
- Coordinate with agencies and sales teams during activations and brand events to ensure flawless execution.
- Manage and monitor budget and invoicing processes related to activations and promotional activities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, bar managers, and key stakeholders in line with brand strategies.
- Execute post-branding and activation follow-ups in collaboration with agencies and On Trade Brand/Trade Managers.
Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience (agency or on-trade experience preferred)
- Language: Advanced level of English
- Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office programs
Competencies:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Passionate about premium experiences and nightlife trends
- Adaptive to flexible working hours (minimum 2 night routes per week)
- Collaborative, creative, analytical, and solution-oriented
- Able to travel locally as required
- Confident presentation skills and ability to represent the company in professional settings
Other Requirements:
- Valid B-class driving license
Contract Type
This is an outsourced position with a 1-year fixed-term contract through our external partner.
