We’re looking for an Activation Specialist to join our team and support the successful onboarding and activation of merchants.
About the RoleYou’ll be responsible for guiding merchants through the activation process, ensuring they are properly set up, trained, and ready to use the platform successfully.
Main Responsibilities- Support merchants throughout the onboarding and activation process.
- Ensure required setup and configurations are completed correctly.
- Provide in-person training and guidance to merchants and their staff.
- Support merchants during their initial go-live and help resolve any issues.
- Follow up with merchants after go-live to ensure continued engagement.
- Identify and follow up with at-risk merchants.
- Track and document activation challenges and reasons for delays.
Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in a relevant role.
- Background in F&B operations, merchant onboarding, or a related field.
- Native Arabic and working English.
- Strong communication and training skills.
- Comfortable working on-site with merchants and under service pressure.
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and operational data.
- A results-oriented mindset with strong ownership and follow-through.
Skills Required
- 3–6 years of experience in a relevant role
- Background in food and beverage operations, merchant onboarding, or a related field
- Native Arabic language proficiency
- Working English proficiency
- Strong communication and training skills
- Comfort working on-site with merchants and under service pressure
