Job Description:
The PXM Analyst will have these main responsibilities:
Assist in the configuration and maintenance of Salsify syndication channels to various endpoints, including CMS platforms like Drupal.
Execute content publishing tasks, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to the Digital Storybook guidelines.
Perform initial troubleshooting of content-related issues on websites, such as broken links, missing images, or incorrect data.
Support the development and documentation of technical processes for content integration and management.
Collaborate with the DX Web Operations team to test and validate content updates before deployment to production environments.
Assist in tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to content syndication and data quality.
