One Federal Solution (OFS) is seeking an Acquisition Policy Analyst to support the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), Special Projects Office (SPO), in Arlington, VA. The Acquisition Policy Analyst will provide acquisition, policy, and program support activities associated with advanced research and development (R&D) initiatives and operational programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support acquisition planning, policy analysis, and procurement-related activities for DARPA SPO programs
  • Assist with coordination and management of acquisition documentation, solicitations, and program support activities
  • Support acquisition lifecycle activities, reporting requirements, and stakeholder coordination efforts
  • Analyze acquisition processes, policies, and operational procedures to identify process improvements and efficiencies
  • Assist with preparation of reports, briefings, acquisition documentation, and program materials
  • Coordinate with Government personnel, Program Managers, and stakeholders regarding acquisition-related activities
  • Track acquisition milestones, action items, and operational deliverables
  • Support short-notice tasking and rapidly evolving operational requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of six (6) years of relevant professional experience
  • Active Top Secret (TS) Clearance required
  • Experience supporting acquisition, procurement, policy analysis, or contract support activities within a DoD or Federal Government environment
  • Familiarity with Federal acquisition processes, policies, and procedures
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines within fast-paced operational environments
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to work within classified and unclassified environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous DARPA, DoD HQ, acquisition, or SETA support experience
  • Familiarity with FAR, DFARS, and Government acquisition processes
  • Experience supporting research and development (R&D) programs

**This position is contingent upon contract award and funding approval. As such, employment and hiring timelines are subject to change based on the Government’s final contract award decision. Candidates selected during the recruiting process may be considered for future placement upon official contract award and program authorization.**

Skills Required
