Provide systems analysis and project coordination for the NAL Library Support System. Develop, maintain, and provide O&M support for USDA NAL scientific data applications. Design microservices, RESTful APIs, ETL/data migration, dashboards, and QA/testing. Provide budget planning, execution, reporting, funds tracking, reconciliation, and financial analysis for regional operations.
