Acquisition Lead - Wealth
As Acquisition Lead - Wealth, this role will work closely with senior stakeholders in Nutmeg's wealth business to optimise delivery of leads and conversion rates from multiple acquisition channels.
The role will drive sales campaign data analysis and channel optimisation for Wealth Services, as well as shaping enhancements and developments to our CRM system to evolve our regular pipeline tracking, management information and actionable insights. The role holder will play a critical part in our commercial success, ensuring we drive lead growth, optimise our activity across distribution channels, and drive sales efficiency to achieve our goal of becoming the leading affluent wealth management platform in the UK.
The role holder will:
o Develop an acquisition platform infrastructure fit for scale, complete with enhanced reporting and analytics capabilities.
o Position us to fully harness the development of digital financial planning through internal analytics and business intelligence.
o Own channel development for guidance activity expansion across a number of internal distribution channels
o Own the relationship with marketing and finance partners across channels to maximise acquisition activity, working closely with stakeholders across each channel to ensure leads delivered match required volume and quality parameters, and to test and learn campaigns.
o Facilitate budget planning and tracking throughout the year, ensuring decisions are data driven and any deviation from plan is understood, proactively focusing on strategy to close any gaps.
o Facilitate the delivery of new outbound campaigns to existing Nutmeg clients and prospects - ensuring accurate tracking through the sales funnel.
o Identify areas of improvement and best practice, working with the Practice Manager to provide insight and analysis, both for regular monthly reporting and to provide timely feedback to live campaigns.
o Contribute to the delivery of a comprehensive controls infrastructure across wealth services, building a detailed framework of metrics and management information against which to manage performance and regulatory requirements.
Skillset
Essential
• Excellent MS Excel capabilities
• Excellent numerical skills
• Commercial understanding of key business drivers and the ability to turn data into insight.
• Ability to deliver across multiple tasks and meet regular reporting deadlines
Desirable
• Experience of analysing sales funnel data
• Salesforce CRM experience
• Internal relationship management / partnership management skills
