The ACCS Clinical Recovery Specialist provides clinical assessment, risk/safety planning, and treatment planning for adults with serious mental illness. The role is pivotal in leading the development of comprehensive, recovery-based services and coordinating a multi-disciplinary team to evaluate and enhance program services. Key responsibilities include providing clinical leadership for an assigned group of clients, coordinating and monitoring the activities of the individual treatment team, and assuming primary responsibility for the development, implementation, evaluation, and revision of overall treatment goals and plans in collaboration with the team. 


Requirements:

  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Rehabilitation Counseling, or Applied Behavioral Analysis
  • Ability to work within a team dynamic
  • Demonstrated ability to work successfully at coordinating care across a continuum of care required
  • Valid driver’s license. safe driving record, and access to a personal vehicle to provide occasional transportation of consumers 

Compensation is based on candidate experience, qualifications, and certifications and licenses.  Annual ranges listed are based on a full-time, 40 hours per week position.

Salary Range
$65,000$95,000 USD

Skills Required
