About the roleWhat you need to know:

• Monitors incoming cash and performs payments’ allocation and relevant entries in premium accounts
• Communicates, both verbally and in writing, with external and internal clients to resolve issues and provide requested information about collections
• Monitors past due receivables, communicates with key stakeholders and supports our Agency network
• Supports reporting activities of Collections and Receivables.

What we’re looking for:

• High school graduate; a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business or Finance will be considered as a plus
• Professional experience in a Collections department within a Multinational Company/ in the Insurance industry will be considered as an advantage
• Fluency in Greek and English language, oral and written
• Advanced Excel knowledge is requested
• Communication and customer service skills
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Self-motivated, with customer focus, energetic with ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines.
