BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently looking for “dynamic, results driven” individual to join as Accounts Receivable at our SLP PDS Plant in Mexico.

In this role, and under direct supervision of the Accountant Supervisor will be primarily responsible for maintaining, controlling, verifying billing records and balances receivable from the company's clients.
 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Prepare daily, monthly, weekly and annual billing reports.

• Prepare accounts receivable in favor of our company.

• Prepare invoices and code them for Mexico.

• Serve clients. Debit and credit notes to clients.

• Carry out administrative procedures in the accounting area of the company.

• Prepare records, controls, reconciliations, purification of customer accounts receivable.

• Schedule and prepare collection in accordance with conditions agreed in purchase orders.

• Verify compliance with company accounts receivable policies and procedures.

• Comply with the Matrix of Responsibilities and Authorities of the Environmental Management System, Format: 600-01-02.

• Actively and enthusiastically participate in DE&I and plant engagement activities

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Public Accountant, Bachelor's Degree in Administration or commercial career.

• Time of experience in a similar position: 1 year or more in a similar position.

• Required technical knowledge: Accounts receivable systems, billing.

• Other requirements: Microsoft Office, SAP
