The Accounts Receivable Specialist will play a key role in managing Harbinger’s order-to-cash cycle. This individual will support invoicing, collections, and cash application while partnering closely with Sales, Operations, and Accounting to ensure accurate and timely revenue recognition.

What You’ll DoGenerate and distribute customer invoices for vehicle sales, parts, and related services
Apply customer payments and reconcile incoming cash receipts
Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on outstanding balances
Partner with Sales, Dealer Operations, and Customer Success to resolve billing issues
Maintain accurate customer account records and documentation
Assist with credit evaluations and customer onboarding processes
Support month-end close by preparing AR reconciliations and reporting
Help improve AR workflows, policies, and internal controls as the company scales
Collaborate with Finance leadership on reporting and audit readiness as Harbinger prepares for public company requirements
2–5+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or similar accounting role
Experience with billing, collections, and cash application processes
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving startup environment
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Proficiency with accounting systems and Excel / Google Sheets
Experience in manufacturing, automotive, hardware, or startup environments is a plus
