Accounts Receivable Specialist

Ignite Visibility is an award-winning and fast-growing digital marketing agency in San Diego, CA. 
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Analyst with 3+ years of experience to join our accounting and finance team and help drive AR collection and AR processes. Proficiency in NetSuite is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and collect outstanding debts, ensuring timely resolution of overdue accounts.
• Investigate and resolve missing or disputed payments.
• Manage receivable accounts and maintain accurate customer records.
• Prepare and distribute billing statements and financial reports for management.
• Ensure timely and accurate invoicing.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, businesses or a closely related field.
• 3+ years of AR experience, including NetSuite proficiency.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and follow up through.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
