Main Purpose
Supporting the Finance team in the U.S., you will provide the necessary support and accurate delivery of credit control, billing and invoicing accountability, and collecting on monies not received in a timely manner. This position is crucial in providing firm, fair, and equitable service to clients and partners to ensure long-term, continued relationships are maintained. You will provide additional support across the finance function, not limited to monthly close, general ledger tasks, invoicing, billing, collections, credit control, payroll, taxes, and other duties as required.
This is a temporary contract position, based in our Austin office with a four-day per week on-site requirement, expected to conclude on October 17, 2025.

- Manage a growing ledger of 350+ clients and maintain accurate, detailed notes on account statuses, unique processes, and contacts for escalations and issue resolution
- Proactively communicate with clients and partners to resolve outstanding debt and reduce overall debts across U.S. operations
- Collaborate with relevant internal stakeholders such as Account Managers and Sales team on appropriate matters
- Investigate any discrepancies and liaise with relevant internal and external stakeholders for corrections
- Support internal departments and operational escalations to resolve queries effectively
- Amend customer account details where appropriate
- Send statements and copy invoices as requested
- Pursue all avenues to secure remittances from clients and partners
- Raise Credit Note requests where appropriate and other relevant ad hoc administrative duties
- Demonstrated success in a role relevant to billing, invoicing, and collections
- Demonstrated success in a role with overall accounting or finance responsibilities
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
- Highly proficient with various enterprise software tools such as Salesforce, Slack, ACP, etc
- Exceptionally service-oriented with strong customer service, satisfaction, and retention skills
- Acute attention to detail and excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities
- Independent and capable of completing complex tasks aligned to a general goal with limited direct supervision
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly scaling environment with frequent changes and sometimes high levels of ambiguity
- $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 salary per annum
