We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist I who is passionate about our core mission – to customize and deliver the best and highest quality solutions to our customers. The Accounts Receivable Specialist I will support the company's mission, vision, and values. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. • Respond to external vendors and internal managers regarding all aspects of the 
accounts receivable process.
• Research information to provide accurate and timely solutions to internal clients and 
vendors at multiple locations.
• Communicate with previous clients and customers to request payment and arrange 
payment plans.
• Collect payment from customers and accurately record it into the system.
• If necessary, create reports and balance sheets that document overall profits and losses.
• Update client accounts based on payment or contact information.
• Duties as assigned by management. 
 

Qualifications

What were looking for:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Some college education
• 3 or more years of experience as a Accounts Receivable Specialist or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Excel
• Data entry skills as well as a knack for numbers
• Strong personal computer and business solutions software skills
• Experience working with generally accepted accounting principles and accounting 
software
• Strong planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work.

Work environment and physical demands:
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 lbs. 
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, and reach for long periods for time exceeding 4hours.
