Labcorp is seeking a Accounts Receivable Specialist I REMOTE
Work schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm EST
Responsibilities
Research payer websites to obtain correct billing information as needed
Identify issues and trends with assigned payers
Ensure aged AR is handled according to Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
Ensure Production and Quality metrics are met
Communicate with leadership and partner teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of denials
Remain flexible to ever-changing priorities
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
1 year or more work experience
Preferred Qualifications
1 year or more accounts receivable and data entry work experience
Additional Job Standards
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Outlook
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Access

Pay Range: $ 17.75 - $21.00 per hour
All job offers will be based on a candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan.
