This is where you and your skills come in. We’re currently looking for:  

Accounts Receivable Operations Analysts  to thrive in a fast-paced and results-oriented collections department. You will provide customer service regarding collection issues while establishing relationships with internal and external customers. 

  • Weekly and monthly reporting to direct supervisor

  • Daily delinquency notices

  • Payment and billing reconciliations

  • High volume phone calls and emails to assigned delinquent customers

  • Reconcile customer disputes as they pertain to payment of outstanding balances that are due

To succeed in this role you must have experience in:

  • Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers 

  • Internal and External collaborating to facilitate payments

  • Participate in team planning meetings

  • Able to build ad-hoc reporting utilizing NetSuite and Excel

 

Desired Qualifications:

 

  • 2 -5 years high volume B2B collections & deductions/dispute experience 

  • Must be an accounting graduate 

  • Must be amenable to work on US hours
