About the Role

Workday is growing its Accounts Receivable Team in Costa Rica and is seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Contract Analyst who wants to make their mark on a growing organization. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, a great communicator, and enjoys collaborating with people with a diverse set of talents, in a dynamic fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for crafting and maintaining Professional Services contract records.

• Review customer contracts.

• Build and maintain billing and revenue schedules.

• Interact with Operations and Finance teams.

• Assist with month end responsibilities.

• Update procedural documentation.

• Special projects as assigned.

Responsabilidades:

• Estar a cargo de la elaboración y el mantenimiento de los expedientes de los contratos de servicios profesionales.

• Revisar los contratos de los clientes.

• Elaborar y mantener calendarios de facturación e ingresos.

• Interactuar con los equipos de Operaciones y Finanzas.

• Ayudar en las responsabilidades de cierre de mes.

• Actualizar la documentación de procedimientos.

• Ejecutar proyectos especiales según se asignen.

About You

Basic Qualifications:

• Strong digital literacy is necessary, including Excel.

Other Qualifications:

• One to two years of accounts receivable (or similar) experience preferred.

• General accounting experience preferred.

• Accounting / Finance or business degree preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

• Organized, detail oriented and accurate.

• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.

• Strong ability to follow through and take ownership of issues.

• Proven ability to collaborate with all levels of management.

• Customer service focused and solution oriented.

• Professional demeanor.

• Ability to work independently.

Cualificaciones básicas:

• Alto nivel de alfabetización digital, incluido Excel (excluyente).

Otras cualificaciones:

• Preferentemente con uno o dos años de experiencia en cuentas por cobrar (o similar).

• Preferentemente con experiencia en contabilidad general.

• Preferentemente con título en contabilidad/finanzas o negocios.

• Excelentes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.

• Persona organizada, detallista y precisa.

• Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral, escrita e interpersonal.

• Gran capacidad de seguimiento y vinculación con los problemas.

• Capacidad comprobada de colaboración con todos los niveles de gestión.

• Con atención al servicio al cliente y con orientación a la búsqueda de soluciones.

• Comportamiento profesional.

• Capacidad para trabajar de forma independiente.
