Job Opening — Accounts Receivable (AR) Caller
Department: RCM Experience: Fresher / 2–3 Years Shift: 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST (Night) Location: Malad W, Mindspace
Education: Graduate B. Com, BBA, BA, BMS
Roles & Responsibilities
Call US insurance companies to check claim status and payment details.
Follow up on unpaid, denied, or partially paid claims.
Analyze denials and take appropriate action for claim resolution.
Document call outcomes and update patient accounts in the billing system.
Escalate complex issues to supervisors when required.
Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Maintain compliance with HIPAA and company policies.
Required Skills
Good verbal and written communication skills in English
Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability
Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
Basic computer proficiency — MS Office, typing speed
Willingness to work in US shifts/night shifts.
Ability to handle feedback constructively and continuously improve performance
Salary - 25000-30000 per month
