Perform cash application on customer account receivable in ERP SAP
Month End Close activities: aged open items tracking, clean up and/or write off
Fulfill Service Level Agreements (SLA) of processing turnaround time
Opportunity for hybrid/cross skilling as part of career progression in customer invoice processing
Track, review and present Key Performance Indicators (KPI) on a monthly basis to management
Collaborate with relevant stakeholders, especially collection team and local finance departments of all APJ subsidiaries
Continuous process improvement
4-6 years of relevant experience in same or similar roles
Bachelor Degree in Accounting
Experience in SAP ERP is preferred
Service oriented and ability to manage customer expectations
Good verbal and written English level
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Proactive and “can-do” attitude
Flexible and organized person with ability to work in dynamic and fast paced environment, with tight deadlines
