Job Title: Accounts Receivable Administrator

About the Role:
Reporting to the Statutory Financial Manager & Company Secretary Pacific Islands, the key attributes include and not limited to; Monthly AR reports, receipting customer payments into debtor accounts and reconciliation, liaising with sales teams to assist with customer queries, following up on overdue accounts, resolving account disputes including processing credit notes, maintaining debtor relationships, and spearheading the organizations Accounts Receivables function for continuous improvement.
Who You Are:
- Diploma in Business Accounting or Business Studies and working knowledge with MS Excel.
- Excellent customer interaction, verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
- Minimum of 3 years practical experience in a similar role, working for a FMCG company and working knowledge of SAP system will be a distinct advantage.
- A good team player with positive attitude, and solid understanding of basic accounting principles and credit practices.
