Accounts Payable
- Reconcile and verify expense entries prior to payment processing to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policy.
- Perform AP netting activities by reconciling intercompany and vendor balances to offset receivables and payables where applicable, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.
- Prepare and maintain netting schedules, supporting documents, and reconciliations in accordance with internal controls and accounting standards.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and shared service teams to resolve discrepancies related to netting transactions.
- Prepare WHT/VAT input tax reports and support tax-related reconciliation.
- Perform other accounting and finance-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Administrative:
- Source, manage, and control office supplies to ensure operational continuity.
- Oversee and maintain office facilities and utility services, including photocopiers, internet, telephone, fax, electricity, and sanitation services.
- Manage office equipment, company vehicles servicing/repairs, fixed asset insurance, and related contracts.
- Coordinate and manage outsourced services such as messengers and cleaning staff.
- Prepare company documents to support internal and external requests.
- Assist in arranging corporate travel for expatriate staff, including flight tickets, accommodation, and transportation.
