What We're Looking For:

The Corporate Card Administrator is responsible for the end-to-end management of the corporate credit card programs. This role ensures the accurate issuance, maintenance, and cancellation of corporate cards, enforces policy compliance, and facilitates monthly reconciliations or reporting. The administrator serves as the primary liaison between internal employees, regional finance teams, and banking partners globally.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
 

- Assists in Corporate Card administration and processing (including card issuance, limit changes, and cancellations), and supports the team to do the same effectively

- Perform monthly travel statement reconciliations

- Request and manage monthly credit card statements from banking partners

- Dealing with queires received from cardholder, transaction, and/or card queries regarding policy compliance, credit limits, or declined transactions

- Filing / record maintenance of cardholder agreements and program audits as required

- Operates effectively in a teaming environment, including taking on additional tasks (as necessary) to assist in the workload of other team members

- Contributes to less complex projects (e.g., system updates, policy rollouts, or card program transitions)

- Assisting the Corporate Card Supervisor / Lead as required

- Perform other duties as may be reasonably assigned within the job holder’s capability

Education: A Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Candidates with a high school education will also be considered

Work Experience: Generally 0 to 1 year of progressive experience in finance, accounting, or transaction processing environments
