Job Summary
The purpose of the role is to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant processing of invoices and Travel and Expense reports within the Accounts Payable function. This role contributes to operational efficiency, supplier satisfaction, and financial integrity.Position Overview
Key ResponsibilitiesStatement and Reminders – Monitor request for statements – ensure timely resolution
Manual creation of invoices on behalf of suppliers when suppliers are unable to submit electronically
Support Daily Payment Control
Helpdesk activities – resolve issues related to invoice and Travel and Expense processing
Support Travel and Expense Review
Support Service Confirmation coding
Apprenticeship certificate or relevant experience
SAP&GEP and Microsoft products knowledge
Ability to work in team
Show initiative, plan and control own work within scheduled deadlines
English and Norwegian communication skills both written and verbally
