Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Manager to oversee all aspects of the accounts payable process. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and accurate payment processing, maintain strong vendor relationships, and lead the AP team with professionalism and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable operations and workflows
- Supervise and support AP staff members
- Ensure invoices are processed accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain vendor records and resolve payment discrepancies
- Monitor expense reports, purchase orders, and payment approvals
- Reconcile AP accounts and assist with month-end closing
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures
- Prepare reports and support audits as needed
- Identify opportunities to improve AP processes and efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- 3–5 years of accounts payable experience, including leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and AP procedures
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
