We are seeking a meticulous Staff Claims Executive to manage the processing and administration of employee claims. You will ensure all staff reimbursements are processed accurately, fairly, and in accordance with company policy and regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities- Review, verify, and process employee claims including travel, entertainment, overtime, and other expense reimbursements
- Ensure all claims comply with company policy and are supported by valid documentation
- Coordinate with treasury to ensure timely payout of approved claims
- Respond to employee enquiries regarding claim status, eligibility, and policy interpretation
- Identify and flag irregular or non-compliant claims for further review
- Maintain accurate records of all claims for audit and reporting purposes
- Assist in reviewing and updating claims policies and procedures
- Generate periodic reports on claims volume, trends, and approval status
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in claims processing, payroll, or HR operations
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR/payroll systems (preferred:Workday)
- Good organisational skills with strong attention to detail
