What You'll Do:Manage Vendor Accounts – Oversee a large volume of vendor accounts, ensuring all payments are processed accurately and in line with company policies.
Resolve Discrepancies – Investigate and reconcile invoice or pricing issues, working closely with stores, warehouses, and internal departments.
Support Payment Processes – Monitor payment cycles and compliance; handle supplier and credit balances.
Build Relationships – Serve as a point of contact for vendors and internal teams, ensuring professional and timely communication.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally – Work with internal staff deductions.
Associate’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
Ability to work both independently and in a team setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized and able to manage time effectively under deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Experience with ERP systems preferred (Oracle a plus).
