We're looking for an AP Associate who takes ownership, communicates proactively, and genuinely cares about getting the details right. You'll work directly with vendors across multiple industries, keep our accounts payable and receivable records tight, and play a key role in ensuring payments, reconciliations, and reporting are handled with accuracy and speed.

What You'll Do

  • Process vendor invoices for payment — accurately and on time
  • Maintain organized AP/AR files and ensure records are always up to date
  • Provide general accounting support across the team
  • Communicate issues promptly to asset managers and accounting leadership
  • Review and classify expense reports to ensure proper categorization
  • Reconcile monthly collected income against cash receipts and bank statements
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in tenant ledgers

What You Bring

  • At least 1 year of accounting or bookkeeping experience
  • Solid foundation in data entry, general math, and accounting principles
  • Exceptional attention to detail — you catch what others miss
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Great interpersonal skills — you communicate clearly and work well with others
  • Experience with Manage America, Concur, QuickBooks, or similar financial software is a plus
