For our financial department we are currently looking for Accounts Payable Assistant.

Gaining experience in accounting and Basware system
Your Responsibility:
Entering invoices with and without purchase order into the accounting Basware
Handling internal correspondence and correspondence with suppliers in German or Czech
Resolving problems related to unpaid invoices
Supporting the team with other tasks
Your Skills and Expertise:
You have an analytical mind and pay attention to detail
You can demonstrate at least B1/B2 fluency in German or Czech - nice to have
You have an analytical mind and pay attention to details
You have an active student status and you're available to work min. 20h / week.
