Tasks and Qualifications:

Your Responsibility: 

  • Supporting the Accounts Payable (AP) team in daily operational tasks.

  • Entering invoices with and without purchase orders into the BASWARE system.

  • Ensuring the timely processing and posting of accounting documents.

  • Managing internal correspondence and communication with suppliers in English or German.

  • Resolving issues related to unpaid invoices.

  • Assisting in the preparation and analysis of control reports.

Your Skills and Expertise: 

  • You have an analytical mind and pay attention to detail

  • You can demonstrate at least B2 fluency in English, German knowledge - nice to have

  • You would like to grow in one of the accounting departments and gain your first experience

  • You're available min. 30h/week and have a student status

  • Continuous improvement mindset with proactive approach

  • Curiosity with openness to new technologies

  • Problem-solving skills

  • Reliability and good organisational skills

  • Collaborative team player able to work cross-culturally
