Introductory training
Gaining experience in accounting and SAP/Basware system
Your Responsibility:
Supporting the Accounts Payable (AP) team in daily operational tasks.
Entering invoices with and without purchase orders into the BASWARE system.
Ensuring the timely processing and posting of accounting documents.
Managing internal correspondence and communication with suppliers in English or German.
Resolving issues related to unpaid invoices.
Assisting in the preparation and analysis of control reports.
Your Skills and Expertise:
You have an analytical mind and pay attention to detail
You can demonstrate at least B2 fluency in English, German knowledge - nice to have
You would like to grow in one of the accounting departments and gain your first experience
You're available min. 30h/week and have a student status
Continuous improvement mindset with proactive approach
Curiosity with openness to new technologies
Problem-solving skills
Reliability and good organisational skills
Collaborative team player able to work cross-culturally
