We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to support the organization's financial operations and ensure accurate accounting, taxation, and reporting processes. This role is ideal for professionals who possess a strong foundation in accounting principles and are comfortable managing day-to-day financial activities while ensuring compliance with statutory and organizational requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, supporting taxation activities, managing ledger accounts, and utilizing ERP systems to streamline accounting processes. This position requires strong analytical skills, accuracy, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations and timely reporting.


RequirementsKey Responsibilities
  • Maintain and manage general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Perform day-to-day accounting activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and transaction recording.
  • Support taxation-related activities, including compliance, documentation, and reporting requirements.
  • Assist in cost accounting processes and monitor financial data to support business decision-making.
  • Utilize ERP systems for accounting transactions, reporting, and financial record management.
  • Prepare financial reports, schedules, and supporting documentation as required.
  • Ensure timely reconciliation of accounts and resolution of discrepancies.
  • Maintain proper accounting documentation and records in line with company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for accounting and compliance-related activities.
  • Support audits, financial reviews, and regulatory reporting processes.
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance accounting accuracy and operational efficiency.
What Makes You a Great Fit
  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in accounting and finance functions.
  • Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals, financial principles, and bookkeeping practices.
  • Good knowledge of taxation concepts and compliance requirements.
  • Experience handling general ledger activities and account reconciliations.
  • Understanding of cost accounting principles and financial analysis.
  • Hands-on experience working with ERP systems and relevant accounting modules.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while meeting deadlines.
  • Proactive approach to learning, process improvement, and financial compliance.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field
  • Minimum 2 years accounting and finance experience (2-5 years preferred)
