Job Description
- Analyze and report variances for Warehouse, Logistics, Freight, and Transport expenses.
- Prepare monthly P&L reports and review actual expenses against budget and forecast.
- Review and validate cost-saving initiatives from Warehouse and Logistics teams.
- Prepare budgets and forecasts for Warehouse, Logistics, Freight, and Transport operations.
- Consolidate and validate financial data and prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packs.
- Record expenses accurately in the accounting ledger.
- Support the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and reporting tools.
Requirements
- Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent, with 2–3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong analytical, accounting, and financial reporting skills.
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, and accurate with good ledger management skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to link financial data to business objectives.
- Good command of English, Mandarin, and Korean.
- Mature, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines.
