Primary Objectives: To support the accounts team in General functions
Qualification and Experience Required: CAT Level 2 or a Diploma in Business Studies with at least 3 years’ experience in a similar position.
Skills and Other Attributes Required: A good understanding of accounting concepts and theory, ability to communicate effectively both written and orally, strong analytical organizational and problem-solving skills, detailed oriented.
Summary of Major Duties:
To efficiently support that accounting department with general administrative duties for GCG Group St. Lucia Ltd (Catering Division).
- Support the Billings function in invoice preparation
- Support the Accounts receivable function.
- Support payable’s function
- Support inventory fuction
SATISFACTORY PERFORMANCE WILL HAVE BEEN ATTAINED WHEN: Any accounting duties as requested by the Accountant; Country Finance Manager are completed on a timely basis. Assistance is given when other members of the accounts department are on leave.
To perform all other related duties as requested by the Catering Manager or Country Finance Manager.
SATISFACTORY PERFORMANCE WILL HAVE BEEN ATTAINED WHEN:
