Job Title:- Accounts Assistant - Purchase Ledger
Site:- Sandbach, UK
Hours:- 37.5 per week; Monday – Friday 08:30-16:30
The purpose of this role is:-
Ensuring the accurate processing of purchase invoices and timely preparation of payment runs by liaising with our global offices and suppliers.
What you will do:-
The job holder is required to have experience in accounts administration. Having purchase ledger experience is desirable, but not essential. In addition, experience of integrated business systems or SAP Business One and dealing with medium to high volume transactions would be advantageous.
Confidentiality and trustworthiness are also vital due to the nature of the role.
You need to be flexible, able to effectively work in a team and communicate with customers and staff in our global offices. Furthermore, accuracy and good attention to detail, as well as good computer and arithmetic skills, are essential for this job role.
