Evolution is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing payments to our external partners and ensuring accurate and up-to-date financial records. You will also provide essential support to the broader accounting team, contributing to the smooth operation of the department.

• Process bank payments in a timely and accurate manner

• Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping tasks

• Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies

• Perform general administrative duties within the accounting department

• A-Level in Accounting or currently pursuing early stages of ACCA

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an accounting assistant or similar role

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel is a plus

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
