TPSSI - who we are
Terranova Philippines Support Services Inc. (“TPSSI”) is a team of currently 15 colleagues (and growing!) that was formed to support our UK-based partner, GetGround.
TPSSI operations are led by Mike (Makati) and Dan (UK) and you will work closely with both on a daily basis. We are expanding the team of accountants significantly in the next 3 months.

What we’re looking for:
- Accounting degree
- 4+ years of accounting-related work experience
- 2+ years of team management experience
- Experience in preparing and reviewing financial and tax reports
- Willing to work out of our Makati office, 5 days per week
NOT essential, but nice to have:
- Knowledge of the UK accounting standards
- CPA
What you will do
- Lead a team of Junior and Senior Accounting Associates, providing coaching and mentorship
- Client account management
- Provide guidance to your team in the preparation and submission of year-end accounts
- Review and approve client financial reports
- Identify and propose process or system improvements to increase effectiveness and efficiency
- Deliver world-class client service with the support of the Operations Accounting Manager
