The Senior Performance Marketing Specialist will lead paid acquisition strategies, manage campaigns across multiple platforms, and optimize performance for customer growth.

Draft and negotiate supplier/partner/customer agreements, maintain templates and playbooks, support external counsel, and help build scalable legal processes and training materials.

Lead day-to-day compliance and risk operations: run monitoring, maintain policies and risk register, support AML/financial crime and KYC, liaise with regulators, provide compliance guidance, and manage a small team while partnering with Product, Engineering and business stakeholders.

Lead and build the legal, regulatory compliance, and risk function for a regulated fintech/proptech platform. Own corporate, commercial, data, employment, IP, product, and fundraising matters; ensure FCA compliance, AML/KYC and financial crime controls; design enterprise risk frameworks; manage external counsel and budgets; support geographic expansion; build scalable processes, templates, and a high-performing team while advising leadership and engaging regulators.

Lead Engineer will shape technical direction and build AI-native user-facing products across the stack. Responsibilities include end-to-end delivery, cross-functional collaboration, mentoring engineers, defining engineering practices for AI-enabled development, and hands-on frontend (React/Remix/TypeScript) and backend (Golang) work.
