Job Responsibilities

Supervise the completion of month end closing process including journal entry preparation, account analysis and reconciliations

Ad hoc reporting as requested

Assist in identifying and promoting the development of new delivery capabilities and/or channels to satisfy evolving market requirements

Support the partner team in the development and planning of practice strategy, objectives, and budgets
-
Build on mentorship capabilities by guiding key talent through constructive criticism and growth opportunities

Lead and supervise staff by actively managing a pipeline of projects and resources

Maintain great relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs to provide a tailored service
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
-
Minimum 4 years’ experience working in accounting and finance, including experience in General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll etc.

Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software packages
