We are looking for an Accounting Specialist to join our Finance team in Kraków. In this role, you will support accurate bookkeeping and tax processes for AP, AR, and Fixed Assets within the Group’s Polish entities.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop accounting expertise, work in SAP/SAP S4, and be part of an international environment.

What You’ll Do :
Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
- Post invoices and reserves for fixed and intangible asset purchases according to tax regulations and internal procedures.
- Analyse AP/AR balances, settle open items, and post exchange rate differences for balance sheet and tax purposes.
- Conduct periodic AP/AR inventory and reconciliation.
- Perform monthly AP/AR valuation and support G/L activities in line with UoR and CIT (PDOP) requirements.
- Prepare AP/AR analyses and regroupings as required by the Accounting Act.
Fixed Assets Management
- Maintain accurate records of fixed assets, including AuC tracking, capitalization, depreciation, and disposals.
- Calculate and post depreciation for fixed and intangible assets.
Reporting & Compliance
- Post and reconcile business travel expenses.
- Prepare data for internal and external financial/statistical reports related to fixed assets, intangible assets, and AP/AR.
- Cooperate with external auditors during audits.
- Stay updated on changes in tax and balance sheet legislation and complete assigned training.
What We’re Looking For :
Experience & Education
- Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting or a related finance role.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with SAP and/or SAP S/4HANA.
- Knowledge of balance sheet and tax law is an advantage.
- Strong commitment and reliability.
- Effective teamwork and communication skills.
- High level of accuracy, diligence, and punctuality.
- Ability to take ownership and make decisions.
- Willingness to share knowledge and continuously develop professional skills.
- English: B1 (written and spoken)
