Responsibilities:
- Assist with processing Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and customer billing/invoices activities.
- Exercise sound judgment when resolving complex accounting matters related to billing, credit, and account discrepancies.
- Support Month-End Close.
- Review and verify employee expense reports for accuracy and compliance with company policy.
- Reconcile AP and AR subledgers to the general ledger to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations and research variances as needed.
- Process, reconcile, and maintain various company credit card accounts.
- Assist with internal and external audits throughout the year by preparing schedules, documentation, and responses.
- Conduct vendor account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Reconcile various balance sheet accounts and ensure proper documentation and accuracy.
- Perform all other duties assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the accounting.
- Proven experience in the accounting field.
- Must have background using Microsoft 365 Suite.

The typical annual base salary for this position ranges from $67,000 - $70,000 in Illinois. The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade in which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
